I make those with frozen pastry and whatever frozen veh I have + potatoes. I also like spicy chicken sambuus.

Hindis claim it but most hindi food is rip off gulf food. They only have crushed beans, the rest of their cuisine was brought by the Mughal empire. That's why they're the only people to call it samosa. From North africa and sham ila Tanzania it called sambusa.
