Yeah its a practice where you have an out of body experience. But the reason it's not without its risks is the fact that it can open up demonic entities in your life. Some even say its an unsafe practice entirely. But its apparently able to make you travel across the unseen world. Also Satanists practice the forbidden which can lead to hellfire and are known for their hatred of good and worship of Satan.
