Hodan Osman is an advisor to the Ministry of Finance that's spearheaded by Mohamed Adan Ibrahim who answers to PM Omar Sharmarke.

I've found literally no connection to HSM

It is stupid thing to say because the soldiers in national army do not get pay and some of them are leaving the army because of lack of money. Which caused falling of towns under al shabab after ethiopian force left.

Your point is that you're doing everything in your power to put any and all wrong doing on HSM when he has literally no connection to this or her. Everybody sees through you when you call her "HSM special advisor" then in the next post admit you don't even know anything about her.

Because of unpaid salaries the soldiers are leaving the army. (Amisom trained troops ending up in government funded militias and not the national army)
