Why are Somali women popular on tiktok?

I just started using tiktok a couple weeks ago and I didn’t know Somali girls were this popular.

Anytime there’s a positive video about African women it’s always Somali women. I never see appreciation videos of other African women.

Everytime I see a tiktok video of a Somali girl. A bunch of comments from other men (Ajanabis) all in her comment sections.

It's the Algorithm. Whatever you search and interact with comes up on your page. There's a billion active users so you're only seeing what you choose to see.
