Waar aqoon layskuma haystee Cumar Maxamuud waxay yihiin waa la ogyahay. I've asked why limit yourself to half of Gaalkacyo, a small portion of seats in Puntland Parliament, lose men in wars that are dozens of miles away and fight on two fronts, and establish a Port with limited clientele? You should cut a deal when you see one.

Oh really? Galnus "state troops" weren't involved in the war with Puntland in Gaalkacyo some years back or recently against Wagardhac? Honest dialogue is best sxb? And MX gaining VP is not out of generosity its a right we are clear second largest.Who is larger let's hear it is it Dir?Duduble?Murursade? Waceysle? HG needs to unite and take the lead to develop Galnus first before asking clans like Lelkase Wagardhac and Cumar Malamud with a working administration and peace to join up

Wagardhac were fighting another subclan not the state troops and the issue was resolved peacefully. As i reiterated in my earlier points, an integrated Mudug will better balance the clans and keep the peace as no one will strongarm the other.
Keeping the Cumar Maxamuud in Puntland is like asking Hazard to stay at Chelsea. Why stay at a club with no Manager and a transfer ban with players like Loftus Cheek that will cripple your future when you can join the big boys in the Galacticos. Think Big sxb.

It is about influence and what you bring to the table. Marehan have more land in Galbeed than Galmudug. I would say the Waceysle deserve more than Marehan. They inhabit the entire Galmudug Coast up till Xiin Dawaco which is just north of Xarardheere, they are big businessmen and can be used as a trojan horse against Alshabaab. Unfortunately, GalMudug was expanding whilst Xasan Sheekh was Somalia's President so they had to take a backseat.
Cumar will bring airport, high way that leads to Bosaso and Hargeisa, a road that leads to Ethiopia and a future port.
A portion of Sacad is even in our pockets, but thats another discussion. Ask your elders what caused the rift between Caydid and Osman Ato.
Xaaf even admitted that 30% galmudugians were being fed and hosted by PL.
Xaaf was forced to kiss the ring. We are not on the same level.

First of all, Xaaf is a businessmen, not a politician. He will say anything that helps to line his pockets. You are a gambler if you think his successor will be the same.
CM will make more money in Galmudug. Right now you split the AY Airport taxes with Sacad, who also have their own airstrip Oshaco Airport. You are envisioning Garacad which has to compete against Bosaso and one day Hobyo. You also want to create a High Way in vaste desert land that is not inhabited nor used. There are literally no towns of significance between Garoowe to Qardho and Qardho to Bosaso. Why cater to northerners who grow nothing but sticks and rubble? You can easily monopolise the market if you join the South which has more towns, a higher population and more livestock.
Galmudug is also the most naturally resourceful state in Somalia. Uranium, Natural Gas and Oil is a potential. Do you want to share dust with your Puntlanders or eat good with your adversaries?

It always bothered me why we HG need to include northern Mudug, don't get me wrong I'm all for expanding our Galmudug, but right now we have more pressing matter to handle and sufficient Lands that is bigger then Portugal and Scotland to content with.
Our main objective for now is to tame those clans that live within Galmudug and then start operating a functioning Hobyo port, Northern Mudug is ours by right and there is no begging it as they say, what we HG need is an economic pressure coupled with common sense to bring those northern mudugian in Galmudugs border.
Every person with a common sense (just as the Mudug MJ side governor, Iyo Galan security minister of Puntland and many MJ odays said) Galkacyo and Northern Mudug will eventually fall into Galmudug it's only a matter of time and how, as there is no way Galkacyo and Mudug can ever be under 2 different administration as it makes no sense.
