Why didn’t Saudi Arabia get hit with the resource curse like many Africa nations?

Many african nations have an abundance of resources but never developed like Saudi Arabia or other gulf nations, why is that?

They also had a ton more. Plenty enough squabble and then some.

With just a couple tens of billion dollars of royalties you have to pick between funding social services and competent government institutions or splitting it with your clique.

100 billion dollars plus in royalties grants you more options...

They got crazy amounts of oil and it is very easy to extract. KSA can produce the cheapest petroleum on the planet (something like sub-10 dollars per barrel - rest is pure profit). Oil elsewhere on the planet is significantly more expensive to extract.

No African country has this advantage.

Because the west (specifically the US) has good relations with the Saudis. Look up the Quincy agreement, the Saudis granted us preferential oil access in return the US military protect Saudi Arabia. Remember when US almost went to war with Iran for Saudi Arabia? that's the power of black gold
