Why do Oromos not have the Nilotic features (darker skin, tall, etc) that Somalis have?

Oromos are generally seen as the closest people to Somalis in resemblance....but however, I noticed that they do not have the same height that Somalis have. Also they tend to be a bit lighter than Somalis.

I'm aware that many Oromos have mixed with the semitic Habeshas. But the eastern Oromos, the arsis, even they are not as tall or as dark as Somalis or have the rounder faces that Somalis usually have. I don't notice much of a difference other than the Somali models having softer and narrower features (on average) despite their variable skin tones. I owe this to them being more homogenous and possibly selecting for those traits nothing more.
