1. es are always assertive and beyond their personality flaws generally seek out positions of authority. Thus they beat out women who aren't anywhere as domineering and sometimes saturate the job market.
2. Society has always frowned upon women in positions of power so most women are fighting an uphill battle when they get promoted. They seldom receive the respect and adulation they deserve upon promotion and learn they need to command it. This creates a toxic environment.
3. As you alluded men aren't used to being told what to do from a woman so even docile instructions can be misconstrued as iness even though they wouldn't register it as such if it came from a man.
4. You don't see that many women in power so genuinely off putting women stick out in your mind - they're memorable.

so it is a combination of reasons. you are saying types are a natural at getting to the top while others due to their environment and shit they have to deal with will develop ways for convenience. interesting. I was reading some cadaan women talking about dealing with somali men at their jobs and they all said that we barely gave them attention and always requested help from a man
