I find it strange when people talk about twitter on how it changed, because I recently just downloaded twitter this last year for the first time and I don't know how it was before. Not gone lie I like to see a bit of racism once I wake up. It gets me going because I don't drink coffee.

Twitter is legitimately the 21st centruy equivalent of European coffehouses during the enlightenment. Politicians, ceos, scientists, writers, etc. Almost any serious intellectual is on twitter. It's literally where the discourse of the world's elite happen. You could tweet something and your tweet might be read and influence the thoughts of some of the most influential people in the world. Twitter was incredibly transformative intellectually for me because some of the most intresting people on the world are on it
