Lack of centralisation is a major factor in why Somalia won't become anything.Most federal countries seem to cause an inherently informal economic manifestation.The lack of political unity, military unity and conflicting systems will continue throughout Somalia.Perhaps economically federal states will be centralised and hence economically feasible however the lack of inter-centralisation causes a system of inequality along with rival interests.Here is a good article on Somalia, not propaganda but truth in which it argues Somalia will forever be a shithole.

I'll be 80 by the time Somalia reaches the standard of current African nations like Botswana. In fact, i don't even think the country of Somalia will last that long. We will probably brake up into small insignificant clan states, and we will forever be at the mercy of stronger nations.

I fear we won't succeed until we sever ties with arabs and join Israel in terrorising them (i am not suggesting but this seems like the only way) mainly because Israel controls america and lets be honest the world. They are god on earth they decide who lives in peace and who is terrorised, and they can make nations who side with them rich and those who oppose them poor. Dajjal is already here it is Israel. The only reason our country is poor, riddled with al shabaab and is not helped by western nations (Blacklisted by trump along with Arab countries) is because we share the religion with them. I guarantee that if we drop the religion or at least pretend to be atheist and become enemies to the Arabs who hate us anyway. Israel would promote us to first world country if we don't f*ck up and fight each other anyway.

I myself am gonna focus on studying , Somalia is a playground.I will return there when the winds are ripe.

I was in Somali recently (Puntland to be precise) and believe the ordinary people are very dumb, even the leadership. It’s amateurish.

I remember Punt government wanted to issue new notes to replace old notes, they had to backtrack because it was chaotic.

You guys are a million times smarter than them.

The diaspora Somalis and Somalia Somalis are polar opposite.

Many of them want to live that embarrassing lifestyle, I didn’t get much complaining, they just keep calm and live a poor life.
