I’m from the Somali yibir tribe. I don’t look Somali. Me and my dad we look middle eastern. But my mum is a bit dark. Like Indian dark. I met a Russian muslim guy me and him have been good. Hence I'm having a hard time wether this is feasible or not .
perhaps it's those circle I've encompassed all these years with that I might have a comprehensive understanding , or my world is too small since Somalia is a very big country and people regardless of tribal backgrounds are pastrolists moving from places to different landscapes and intermingling with others.
But I do know for a fact that they were marginalised , ostracized for centuries and it saddens me that they are still treated unfairly , thus marriages with different clans are basically non existent, some told me that marriages with Tumaal and madhibaan is happening but not frequently since each marginalised clans don't want to have another stigma attached to them by the majority xenophobic Somalis, hence it's rare for that to occur also.

Many of my friends married Ajnabi women and have a happy ending.

Your potential husband seems to be ridiculous , self centered bigot and it's common from that particular area to hate foreigners especially dark people.
