I think most of us somalis don't want to see the two ever split. But I can tell you every somali hater would love to see this happen. And there excuse is they want somali land to be independent. Do you think there is a difference between somalis and somalilanders to these people. post your responses and vote on the poll.

Who cares about these people?

What is important is what Somalilanders want. If you have a problem with Somalilands quest for independece, worry about convincing Somaliland back not about what outsiders want or don't want.

@organism u must be a lander.. but my point is if the two split its not good for somalia as whole.. them hungry ass countries like ethopia and kenya gonna try us.

nah bro its still relevant unlike your refugee camp wardrobe
Refugee camp:ftw9nwa:

You just another ignorant idiot who do not understand basic shit asking stupid question like that, and even worse is your dumb excuse for a reunion that the ethios, kenyans would get you. Using the hater card against people who are for SL going its own way also shows the level of your intelligence.

My wardrobe is more relevant than SL wanting to join a cuz it aint happening:ftw9nwa:

I think Somalis shouldnt separate from each other infact Muslims in general. Somalia can't force any tribe just like one tribe can't force another.

Somalia is whole now and last time I checked there are Kenyan and Ethiopian troops inside the country. Somalia was whole for the last 30 years, what good did that do? I have as much reason to believe Somalis can excel without full political union, as you have to believe the opposite. Maybe even more. The idea of political union somehow being an antidote to strife is at this point, no more than a joke. If you want Somalilanders to give up ideas about exiting the union, you have to set out reasons that can't easily be disregarded by pointing out the very latest news article.

if you mean in terms of international recognition probably not
but its already split up if you're talking about the actual situation on the ground
