Will there be less somali migration to the UK?

Since Boris is cutting child benefits for those migrants that move to the UK via other European Countries *cough *cough Dutch Somalis for up to five years that would make the somali migration wave slow down. I'm happy with this decision Boris made as if they haven't given us a bad name

I don't want more somalis coming in the UK and giving us even more bad name. You really think it's Scandinavian Europeans that are ruining the UK? If you look at London you'll see that the local Somalis are doing a good job of that by themselves.

You are right though, without benefits and freedom of movement there won't be any new Somalis coming in. Whether that's a good thing, I remain unconvinced.

I think they come for less discrimination and it's also easier to get lost in the system in the UK which it is not in other European countries. What I mean lost in the system is that the government doesn't check up on you a lot and get into your affairs for instance with employment, children etc etc.

I don't agree that it mainly the local somalis that's doing all the bad crimes. Out numbers back in 2001 was 40k and even less in the 90s. You would hardly hear anything about us during those period of times and believe me I would have known seeing as i was 7. But as soon as the second migration began in 2004 that's when more people where aware of somalos and their scheaming ways aka claiming benefits illegally and other criminal activities. We weren't known for that prior 2004. And I am mainly talking about Dutch Somalis. Inshallah the law stays that way I am quite convinced they're not going to change it considering how we aren't but of the EU any longer.

This time they certainly will they made migration from other EU citizens super hard to get in and they would definatley know about them claiming benefits illegally whether is sooner or later and get deported. Either way I'm certain with this new rule no somalis are moving to the UK anytime soon unless your wealthy.

Are you even from the uk? everyone knows most somalis arrived in the UK around 2004. Yes i am aware there were somalis that migrated to the UK in the 90s aka me but it wasn't as large as it was with the second migration. After 2004 I would mainly say around 2007 that's when the whole benefit scroungers came which were done by somali PARENTS so obviously this was mainly done by the second migration because around the 90s/early 00s you wouldn't here that. And criminality is done by all demographics take West Indians for example who's been in the UK ling before any of us are known to be criminals. I'm just saying if it wasn't for the Dutch Somali migration things would have been much better since not many people would know us.

Here is an article from 2004 that shows that about a third to half of all Dutch Somalis moved to the UK. The only way that what you're saying adds up is if there are more Dutch Somalis than British Somalis. Which obviously is not the case.

I'm pretty sure the reason european somalis come to the uk is because there are more somalis in the uk and they have been here a lot longer and so they can ask for help from fellow somalis.
