HSM chose which bases they'll withdraw from first and he started in his own backyard. That is praise worthy to some. No more ATMIS or AS in Middle Shabelle/ East Galmudug. Now oil is being explored in Mareeg.

It’s praiseworthy only if HSM continues these efforts past the two states you mentioned. This seems to be a coordinated stratagem of which state to free first. He is talking about his own region. There will never be a foreign presence like that in Middle Shabelle again. Thats a great thing. A few thousand egyptians along the coast is fine and we will welcome them.
