So a girl I know who is single has a mother who belongs to a clan that does not like her clan/region. Her parents married outside of Somalia though.
She is in Somalia at the moment visiting her reer abti but also her dad's side which will be later on.
Anyways, her mom's clan cousin has asked her if she wanted to marry her son. She was confused about why she came up to her because she heard her husband bashing her clan years ago when she visited Somalia. The woman who asked doesn't have an issue with her clan but her husband clearly does. What makes it more strange is that she finds out the womans husband was the one pushing for the marriage to happen. The wife wasn't pushing anything.
Her qabiilist husband wants their son in the West by any means necessary.
