Why do men go about things as if women don’t also get jealous and possessive, just as they do. Like a man can be married and wanting to find a second wife, he’s talking and flirting with a woman behind his wife’s back. Or he brings up having more wives to his wife and expects her to just accept it with no animosity. It makes no sense.

Just as men get jealous and mad if another man is chatting or moving to their wife or whatever, we feel exactly the same. Jealousy is a very human emotion, and I’m sick of niggas acting like women don’t feel it just as much as they do. If your husband brings up wanting to marry another woman, the wife will obviously feel incompetent and there will be anger issues between the women AND the husband. Destroying normal family structures over horniness lol how sad.

Exactly I agree. The husband is entirely selfish, remarries, the wives despise each other, therefore the kids despise each other too. The children also resent their dad and the wives do too. The only reasoning they have for it is that it’s halal, but they almost never do what the Prophet (saw) did by treating them fairly. The Prophet (saw) also tended to marry widows, and not for his own gain and pleasure.

They can’t afford to and 99% of them do not even come close to meeting the obligations but they still do, I have seen this with my cousins. It’s terrible, unjust and haram but they don’t even care. One of my uncles married a woman back home while he has a wife here, she had a child and they got a divorce. Now he doesn’t support his child at all, even though that poor woman has never finished school, lives in a badiyo and can barely support herself. My mom pays for his daughter to go to school because otherwise she wouldn’t have an education. Disgusting, selfish garbage.
