I would assume they would logically stop at the last Puntland checkpoint in Sanaag which is Yubbe since we don't control much west of that but im pretty sure it goees further west than just the badhan area

Yubbe administratively comes under Badhan district. We discussed this thousands of times. It
is getting boring now.
