Here’s my answer.
Assuming that I can’t change their body & it would remain that way, I would go for the short man. First of all, there’s nothing wrong with a shorter a man, he’s probably blessed with length elsewhere.
At the same time, how skinny is a lugo baasto boy? Whenever I hear that, I just think of an abnormally skinny guy. If he’s not an underweight type of skinny, I’ll consider him. A nice set of abs & some strong arms would look perfect with a skinny bod.
