You are calling the oldest state in
Somalia mysterious, If you have a common sense and paid attention in your geography classess you would know Bari lies at the most strategic point in the heart of the the whole middle east and east africa trade and has natural ports, any outside investor would Pick to invest in Bari rather say Gedo, Sool etc due to the proximity to Asia.
Back when Gen Adde was a president there was rumors that UAE was making port there in Hafun and lease it for 99 years, the motion was dismissed fortunately so they moved to our Neighbors for better deal.
