- Reason he grew his hair, beard was not because he was seeking public sympathy, but he was in a state of self-neglecting, unaware of himself, severely unhealthy, mentally unstable, and incapable, yet roaming round the globe unkempt. In some online posts, it has been suggested he was not even showering. In other posts, it was suggested the infamous shoulder sling was not real, and there were days when he wold switch from left to right unaware, and not one would tell him,
- He could not look after himself, and there was no one to care for him,
- He was not responsible, and could not be trusted with decisions of national implications,
- He is not mentally fit nor functional,
- On the following issues, he was incapacitated and his actions were neither legal nor rational:
- He was incapacitated when:
- waging a war against al Shabab,
- Airlifting soldiers to Ras Kamboni,
- Engaging in diplomatic war with .Et with thousands of its troops in .So. He says his entire rhetoric lacked cohesion, and was was just waffling.
- Evicting poor people from their homes without due process nor care,
- Bilateral treaties with nations with competing interests,
- He was incapacitated when:
- He concludes XSM is a victim, and could not be held responsibility nor accountable for his actions.
