If this is true, then we can establish the notion that the other Somali conservatives we saw were also likely to be paid. Because these ones are in Ealing constituency, and so were the other somali conservatives.

£6.50? wtf? :faysalwtf:

This is worse than when i saw a madow man campaigning for UKIP

I'm sorry @horumar but it seems like classic fake news as the other posters have stated.

The far/loony left loves to act all protective to ethnic minorities at times by making up fake stories to undermine their opponents.

The sad reality is that news stories like this will only backfire upon us since it will place the Somali community in the spotlight.

Rather condescending attitude espoused by (some) lefties I'd say.

Mahadsanid walaal, waa ruunta

Mahadsanid walaal, waa ruunta

It could be true but the story seems far-fetched as it's an unsubstantiated rumour.

We Somalis are just a pawn to the collective political class. We even got (some) Landers lapping up one trick pony UKIP when some of its member base would love to see us gassed:icon lol:

Look at this sleight-of-hand tactics by the Tories to UK Somalis as seen on their conservative home blog:

http://www.conservativehome.com/pla...roducing-conservative-friends-of-somalia.html

Somalia is an often misunderstood part of the world. Those who have studied or travelled to the beautiful country will find that in parts it is a thriving and forward-looking place. Whilst there are undoubtedly still serious security problems, there are signs that the country is emerging from a hellish few decades.

Many members of the diaspora are returning to start businesses, and for many life is immeasurably better than even only a few years ago. The country comprises both Somaliland in the north and Somalia proper and is making huge strides in shaking off its dated image as a land of pirates and warlords.

The first Somali student in Harvard’s history has just started studying there, and multinational investment from companies such as Coca-Cola has started to return.

To be fair, it's not a bad portrayal and it's rather informative to their old caadan readership, however, see how they don't differentiate between Somaliland and Somalia especially in how they collectively see the achievements (coca cola investment and the abaarso Harvard student) despite it being Somaliland's success stories.

They know very well that if they praise somaliland, they will rile up all the non Landers hence why it's a sleight-of-hand/smart move.:siilaanyolaugh:
