All state based jobs is Somali only.

You know the issue with somalis in SL is laziness. The main reason why unemployment is so high amongst somali youths is due to the fact they don't want to work in service/labor jobs as they look down upon it.As a result of that, you have foreigners capitalising on this
Sure there are many other factors but laziness is a big one which should be analyzed and a study should be conducted on this to improve the attitudes. As this isn't sustainable at all.
