The most likely possibility is that his grandfather came to Somalia and then married a Somali woman, then Akram’s father was born in Tanzania and returned again to Somalia and lived and played there, then he married a Yemeni woman (high probability) and they gave birth to Akram.

90% mixing occurred. Look at Akram's father. His hair and facial features only tell you that he is closer to mixing than to Yemen. Look at Akram too, his features are not 100% Arab. The hair and nose are Somali, so the family has a connection to Somalis of Arab origin.
