I think it depends on what Israel plans on doing and if the US can persuade them to prevent a direct attack on Iranian infrastructure like they did back in April when Iran sent missiles to purposely be intercepted, which isn't that different from what they did now (essentially sending missiles to critical infrastructure but not actually blowing them up to establish deterrence)
The way I see it is Israel has two options: Attack Iranian oil and gas infrastructure and cause a regional war which may or may not bring Russia or China into the conflict, or continue their ground operative on northern Lebanon which will probably lead to a standstill considering they have a weak army - their bread and butter is intelligence and air force.
If the nothing ever happens bros are correct it'll probably be the latter
