Tell him to sleep well 8 hrs a day and not skip meals.You are 13 years old and you are worrying about muscles. It is not recommended at your age. Wait 3-5 years before picking up weights. The only workout you need is excercise. Go play football. Drink your milk and saaxo.

Yea still do that but on school nights I can get about 8-10 every nightI used to sleep 10 hours at his age everyday. Do they still do this? They should also only eat healthy meals because you will feel it in your early 20s if you do not.
