Potentially there may even be some oil in the Berbera basin (HA area) off the coastline as well, since some was found in the Yemen basin across the sea in Aden.

No those troops were from Sool, these dudes from widhwidh in Cayn and are khaatumo troops that joined SL as part of cali khalifs deal with them.
