There's so much opportunity for us to rake in that remittance cash by carrying out little "innovations". I mean what's stopping a group of young people from purchasing a few old but functioning coaches, setting up stops, and recruiting locals? You can be the next National Express of the North, with very little overhead, and some greasing of official hands.

That actually happened. Few guys bought minibusses to connect people to Garowe-Bosaso-Hargeisa. The taxi drivers were losing a lot of customers, so they burned the minibusses
£10 on that bus shelter being stolen by the end of the week.
