You are making a lot of assumptions based on worst case scenario. We dont know what type of people the are. We dont know how many more kids they want. A lot of us grew up in houses with 5 or more kids and turned out fine. Also a lot of kids with sh1tty parents turn out good. I think 5 kids at 23 is too much as well.
