I reject this silly idea by @The Midlands . There is already 3 samaale states=SL,HS,GM which will equal the 3 Darod states JL/PL/SSC. Plus 4.5 has to be reformed since your 1 CLAN as Samaale you should only get 1 Clan portion. Im sick of the 2 face politics of samaale leaders.
