There is absolutely enough space and freedom within Islam to discuss intimacy. As intimacy is an important part of marriage. Allah says وَاللَّـهُ لَا يَسْتَحْيِي مِنَ الْحَقِّ. 'But Allah is not shy of the truth'. So discussing and asking about this important theme should allowed and recommended. It should be done with one endpoint: to safeguard ones religion. However discussion intimacy outside of marriage only causes more fit. There is no point in discussing things that you're not allowed to do. Discussing your previous sins, in which you've done in secret, will only result into not being forgiven. According to a sahib hadith, Allah does not forgive Mujahir. A Mujahir is someone who manifests and broadcasts his/her sins.
