I don't agree with 4.5 and do prefer the diya model, clans are numbered pretty accurately thru diyah cause they have to pay fines according to their clan numbers and hence there is no fake increase of numbers or else it will reflect in your diya fine. I think that accurately portrays clan's numbers the diya system. But if it's not diyah then I wud have to say 4.5 is the best we can get. Remember the regions that developed were used under somalia name not their clan names and hence all somalis should be equal everywhere in Somalia.

I have such person in my immediate family, I never met him he has never done anything for me or for anyone else that I can testify for.
