Allah ha uu naxariisto, this is so tragic and sickening. As disheartening as it is, it isn't a uniquely Somali problem or indicative of anything other than the sick human who committed this crime.
Why are people acting like this is an issue that would uniquely happen to Somalis? Sick demented humans are in every society. As for the punishment, like always there are three options available: Mug, dilitaan, cafii. If the victim's family chooses any, then that is their retribution. Inshallah they go for the kill.
