He has a point in regards to the "Somaliweyne" ideology because its a lie and it prevent Somalis from progressing. But, I think he needs to clarify what is SCC and the supposed regions are because they are districts that is majority Harti population. However, both Saanag and Togdheer is mostly HY provinces. Furthermore, the western region of sool is Habar Jeclo majority and the north west area of sool near the sannag provincial border is HY. in addition, i heard there is an estimate of 45% of the sool region population that are issaq.
