Sxb, not gone lie today was long for me I didn't use any social media or the internet at all. I think it was long because I was reading and taking notes and pushing myself not to quite with words of affirmation, but the days im online it just flies by and I hate those days. I plane to take my attention else where so I can have a longer life.

The passage of time also accelerates when do have short attention span, but this isn't your fault all social media keeps getting short and then encites your attention to get less and less and then increases the passage of time without you knowing it. The best way to stop this start reading at least an hour a day or longer
