Spray some holy water on the steering wheel
It used to be stressful but experience in driving plus anxiety meds makes me feel like i am bicycling
It disappears with experience and has you get comfortable with your vehicle.

Driving becomes second-nature as you continue to accumulate experience
That anxiety also serves you well , it’s not a bad thing.
Being negligent and nonchalant would actually be worse .
Because that would mean you don’t give a shit if you crashed into someone
Confidence comes from undeniable evidence / proof you’re good at something which comes from experience . Otherwise you’d just be delusional
