As I said earlier and your own screenshot shows, the modern definition of Arab doesn't include genetics anymore. If you're an Arabic speaker from an Arab League nation, that is considered enough.

I couldn't care less tbh, I always claim Somali first but I am just telling you the accepted definition by the Arab League.
