It won't be allowed to be that way because by raising the Somali flag inside Somaliland claimed border they made a competing claim to the political designation for the whole territory. They went to war with Somaliland and if they can hold it up for as long it takes then good for them but there won't be any coexistence.

Somaliland fought the whole of Somalia for a long time and it cost many lives. We aren't quietly going to become a federal state if that's your wish. The war will go on for as long as it takes.
You can’t speak for SSC especially considering the fact that THEY want to leave.
