They are right, some Somalis have a superiority complex. My question is, what is it that makes Somalis feel so superior to other Africans/AA? We are literally doing worse than all of them. Both in Africa and in the West

Somalis number 20 million worldwide, 150k in the US only, AAs number somewhere around 45 million or so. Why do they care so much what we think of them? what have we done to them? we must've hit a soft spot for them to obsess over us like this

Our problems are ours and their problems are theirs, simple. Even if we did care about their problems (we actually do) What difference would it make? we are such a small group in america, it would make no difference. Why should we seek validation from them? Why are they seeking validation from us? We came here 20 fucking years ago, jeez we did nothing to them. Why are do they get so triggered about what we think we are? They should focus more on getting out of the hood and educating their own, because those are their problems, not ours.

And as for them being better than Somalis in every sense.. we've only been in qurbo for what? Thirty to thirty-five years or so? We just about scrape a million in terms of those outside of the motherland compared to them who are 40 million strong in the States.
