The above picture is the main regional police headquarters for Mudug in Gaalkacyo. It has no gate and that is what you see.

Recently the regional Mudug General Auditor Barkhadle Aadan took $99000 and passed Garoowe on his way to Hargaysa intended for Mudug regional Armed forces called Darawiish.
When they made sure he was in Somaliland a warrant was issued from Garoowe. He is in Jigjiga enjoying the money he stole.

A businessman donated money to get it fixed but the authorities fought for it who he should give the money to which resulted in the end the money not being utilised and returned to the businessman.
The funny thing is they have around dozen of cars inside the compound which the owners have to pay to be released because they did not pay 'tax'.
Surely this dozen cars can cover the cost to fix the gate it is held together by string.
Imagine working in that place and public's perception.
