I have a neighbour a couple of houses down that has 3 such dangerous dogs; those dogs have actually ran up on some people in the neighbourhood. I legit feel like carrying a knife when I go for walks.

It appears the owner was the guy in beginning trying to hold it down. Dog doesn’t respect his owner so it’s a sign of a very bad owner. He needs to pay compensation to the injuries the public gained tbh
