Sample size of 1034 people, includes non-Somalis too
Green - African (both Somali and other African/New world Black populations)
Orange - Deep Somali West Eurasian
Blue - East Asian and South Asian
Dark Red - Amerindian
Yellow - European and West Asian
There were too many samples to process out the non-Somalis. Intuitively you'd keep the orange and most of the green; therefore getting rid of dark red, blue and yellow labeled sections. I'd expect Somali proportion of 'L' to approach low to mid 60s if it was properly filtered as I witnessed on a lower sample size, mainly L0, L2 and L3 moving up a couple points. The green highlighted clades are more difficult to filter out, as Somalis happen to share them with other black populations. The low counts in most cases might be indicative of foreign origins but not always. Vice-versa some of the samples in high count groups such as L2a1 are foreign African. I clade has foreigners as well.
