This is what I mean by dhaqan xumo. I am going to repeat myself once more:

1) You are obligated to show your licence and registration if the cop asks. You first must do this before asking what you are being stopped for
This is the law. He should not ask you 10x to produce it.

2) You can then ask him what you were stopped for when you gave your licence and registration. But they will tell you once you did that and you don't need to ask.

3) You are not allowed to resist at any time. You must listen to what he asks you to do. You can only ask him after you complied. But he will tell you everything once you complied. Be patient and listen.

I hope every Black boy on this site sees this post before they act crazy and scream racism and gets sent to jail for resisting and non-compliance. I hope they don't listen to you for their own good.

The videos cut in a way that removed some context but we can deduce that the adeer had someone called the cops on him. Simple things like ID checks shouldn’t require de escalation. I mean the taser de escalated it I guess. He wasn’t so loud after he got zapped
