Ukhti @Afrique, what would you take in a divorce settlement from your ex husband?
Is this serious or are u trolling?Lol I would offer him two choices
1. he drives me around everywhere I need to go, he doesn’t start a new family, he drops off groceries for me every week and he sees his kids often.
2.We get the lawyers involved and I take everything I can get my hands on, until he is left in his mothers basement, eating tuna from a can and warming himself up with a bottle of his own urine.

I will not finance him starting over. Unless he reincarnates. Since we don't believe in that were staying married unless he unexpected enters paradise.

In all honesty, this is not something I have thought deeply about. I would hope once I’m married there would be no need for divorce. However, if there are extramarital affairs or one of us cannot have children, we can both walk away with our own money. I don’t feel the need to drag someone into court and have an enemy for life. if we did have children I would hope they raise their own kids that we share rather than starting a new family, but this is not something you can enforce.
@sophisticate you and I have to start thinking about prenups. The last thing you want is your ex stuntin on you with your own cash, he will be wearing a Gucci suit whilst you stumble across the high street dragging a push chair with 7 casi kids in-tow who hate you “because you made daddy go away”.
