just last week the Ethiopian backed Eritrean Afar separatist group RSADO wrote an article at the Ethiopian news media Addis standard and said they want form an autonomous region in southern Eritrea which they refer as Dankalia and they would allow Ethiopia access to the Assab port. It just ridiculous how they say this at a time when Eritrea and Ethiopia have serious tensions. And despite the peace agreement of 2018 Ethiopia still hosts them.

Ethiopian minister of irrigation has even uploaded a video of RSADO Fighters in Ethiopia and he talked about Eritrea and Djibouti.

But RSADO doesn’t represent all Afars. Most Eritrean Afars are patriotic Eritreans. They fought even for Eritrea‘s independence. The General of the Eritrean navy is Eritrean Afar as well
