They tried segregation in xamar and it backfired immensely.
I speak badly of reer mudug but they were the main people who terrorized the Italians in xamar.
There was an Italian diplomat who told the U.S. not to interfere in our civil war because it would only backfire on them.
Italians actually have a good opinion of us now though.
The thing is that Somalis are not people pleasers & because of that they garnered respect. The British and the Italians really hated our guts openly expressed it even but they respected us nonetheless.
I would rather be hated and respected, than loved and disrespected.
