The closely held Sharjah-based engineering group began work on the project after being awarded the $90 million contract in April, Managing Director Abdulla Darwish said in an interview in Dubai. There is a lot of secrecy surrounding the base and when they will start funding, equipping and training Somaliland troops so for all we know they have already started doing it... Unlike PL, Somaliland doesn't flaunt their military activity for media.

Lol you are unbelievable. If it was the case the UN monitoring report would already have reported it, that's how we found out about Puntland's UAE ties. Take lessons from the Cotton Eyed Joe and you might learn some.
