Have we made any progress against Shabaab since Hassan sheikh mahmuud said we are gonna defeat Shabaab in 2 years 3 years ago. It seems like every progress that is made is just reversed after a couple months.

Hawiye have held the presidency of Somalia for the majority of the last 25 years. Why don't they tell these foreign forces to leave if the hate the presence of foreign troops in the country?

You know what’s funny? what’s difference between sayid abdulle and AS I don’t support either the sayid or AS but to me the sound the same, both freedom fighters who massacred more Somali Muslims than non Muslims. Yet the sayid historically been revisioned as a freedom fighter, I guess that’s what’s gonna happen with AS in 100 years if they succeed.

AY definitely invited xabashis as president and had worked with them since the 70s . I'm saying this as a MX. The main difference is that AY and other qabilist back in the days still had some little sense of Somalinimo in the back of their minds because they grew up in a united Somalia. Today leaders of all clans are spinless qabilist who only care about their tuulo. PL is no different unfortunately. I'd accept any Somali leader from all Somali clans including J-wayne and Cadcad who has Somalia's best interest in mind.When I saw PL soldiers fighting the shaydaans in the mountains I felt proud of them because they are Somali heroes, I feel equally proud of the SNA guys of all clans who risk their lives against Al shaydaan in the south and my heart goes to my fellow somalis who see being oppressed by the khawarij wherever they are in the country.
