And even if it's true, doesn't make her trans. 100 years ago, someone with this condition would be considered a woman by everyone, without batting an eye.

You didn't have people swabbing your cheek and checking for chromosomes. If they saw what you had down there, and it looked like it belonged to a woman, you were a woman.
