Depends usually on the way you look. A Somali with a Caucasoid phenotype mixing with a North Africa/Berber girl will have kids that look North African.

What if the kids mix back in? they will do a full loop and bring in some varied genes. Over time the gene pool will look slightly varied but key features i predict will remain stable, for instance the hair line and height gene we are known for.
