Alhamdulilah I intend 2 travel hard in 2016 ( Inshalah) but can any one of you help me with this

I remember my friend was so scared of getting robbed (very likely in Nairobbery) that he withdrew $50 each time and was charged enough for a few days worth of baashaal by the end of his holiday. Why is your withdrawal level so low? I can withdraw over twice that amount a day.
